“Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Accommodating. Informative. The property however failed to meet my expectations. The elevator was ridiculously slow, the elevator tile was soiled, cracked, and unmopped in days. The carpet on the 3rd floor outside of the elevator was HEAVILY soiled, bleach stained, deteriorated, and the pair of underwear and shorts laying on the ground just outside of the elevator doors for AT LEAST two days was appalling. “I recently stayed at Potawatomi Casino & Hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the city.
