“I flew into Milwaukee on a delayed flight and arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM. I was told by the shuttle driver and then the front desk clerk that there were no rooms available. I gave her my reservation and she stated it was in her system. She then stated that the hotel allows bookings that exceed their room availabilities.
