“The property has a beautiful view of the bay. The room we had (116) had a constant annoying humming noise in the bathroom. Also, there is a door to the adjacent room that is not very soundproof. (We could hear the person next door sneeze and cough). The resort is adjacent to the Old Post Office restaurant. The restaurant has excellent breakfast food. They also have a fish boil. “Very clean and nice area with a water view. Tables and chairs outside the room was a nice touch. Only thing I’d say is offer some fresh brewed coffee in lobby maybe. Those coffee machines in the room or at least ours was basically water not coffee. Ended up walking next door to grab some coffee. And maybe a grill….We would have loved to grill some steaks. “We were looking for something last minute and they had a room available. The property is much older than we expected but the service and their story was great! They were both super nice. The breakfast area was nice and very new. Only problem we had was a smell in the room. It triggered a migraine for me. I asked them for some kind of room deodorizer but she said they had nothing.”
