The property is conveniently located with sweeping views. Plenty of restaurants in the building as well as in the surrounding neighborhood. “Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helper’s room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing. ”

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel.
Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

The only thing I would note is that taxis may find the location hard to get to. Other than that, pretty good hotel. The room was cozy and it even had a balcony (which I didn't make use of bc its so hot in Indonesia but I liked that it was there). There was also a kettle which I was NOT expecting.
