“Hotel was nice. I did find a used washcloth draped across the shower rod and the hot water in tub/shower never got really hot but those were my only complaints. Everything else was fine. I would stay again.”

“Palihouse Hyde Park is an amazing place to stay!! The location is perfect next to plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance I’ve stayed at other Palihouses and this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly and on top of everything you need. The rooms and space are nice, very clean and well-kept. The bar is great and has an awesome vibe for drinks and food. We will be back!! ”

Air conditioning is too high Few restaurants in the vicinity but wakable distance to the riverside Tampa has poor public transportation i suggest uber to go anywhere 5 min to cruise port 25 min far from premium outlet”

“The staff was amazing especially the lady who checked me in. I feel terrible I can’t remember her name but she was an older black woman with locks, her customer service was A1! She greeted me by name the entire stay and was attentive to my needs! Property was clean and maintained. ”
