“Clean room, updated. Hallways are old school. All staff we encountered were great and friendly!”

“Room was outdated. Beds very hard. Couldn’t get the fan to stay on. Breakfast didn’t look appetizing.”

“In a 7 night stay, no one changes towels or spruces your room; new towels, shower soap, or a set of new sheets. However, take it upon yourself to go to the check in desk to get it yourself.”

“No shampoo or conditioner. Room was dirty. No maid service for visits of less than three days. Smell of pot was pervasive throughout the hotel. Peeling bathtub. Only one chair in room. Very loud all night. No rules enforced. Staff was delightful. ”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“There was no equipment at all in the kitchen and not even a coffee maker. Not much of a breakfast when you have coffee, cheap muffins and oatmeal envelope ”

“The place is very run down. Garbage overflowing in receptacles outside and garbage littered the grass. The attendant was nice. But the room was just gross. Couldn't even relax or even sleep in there. The stench of cigarettes was down right nauseating. Our eyes and noses were stinging. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty with holes in them and makeup on the cases. Smelled really bad. Floor was dirty. TV wasn't even plugged in and they left half the lights on in there which felt odd. Everything was...
