“Komfortable Zimmer in modernem Hotel mit mäßigem Frühstück. Sämtliche Eindrücke in diesem Hotel wurden indes überlagert durch das gänzlich lustlose, in keiner Weise kundenorientierte und nicht hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich. Um 6.40 Uhr war der Jogurth (in der Machine) für den Rest des Tages "out". Schwarzen Tee gab es zwar auf den Zimmern, nicht aber im Frühstücksbereich. Niemand zeigte sich auch nur in Ansätzen bereit, für Abhilfe zu sorgen oder sich...

“Once arrived at hotel front desk stated that there was no rooms available at this moment. Mind you I booked this room in advance. Finally once a room was available there was not a one towel in the bathroom. Comforter on bed was stained. Locks on door were halfway broken. ”

“Older hotel but very well maintained with upgrades. Large room with extra sink area. Coffee and water available all day in the lobby. Nice outdoor seating area. Easy and secure parking. Housekeeping services daily! Very near trolley line.”
