“We absolutely love the Alder!! We have stayed twice in the last month and both times we have had excellent service. The front desk attendants are amazing!!”

“Loved the St Charles Inn. Room was clean, parking was safe and secure. We walked to Magazine St and ate supper and did some shopping. Best part is the St Charles St trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Rode it into town both days we were there. Always felt safe. Definitely going back and recommending it to family and friends.”

“Great location in a semi residential area. Our favourite part was the staff. Big shoutout to Mads the bartender for her hospitality, she’s amazing.”

“Boomtown casino offers great rooms, but you might get a folding chair, and office chair, or an oversized (more comfortable) chair. For extended stays like ours, not having the more comfortable oversized chair is an issue. The parking lot is often dirty with trash left on the ground, and cats roam the property. The front desk staff are very night, but sometimes there is a shortage of towels, washcloths, linens, which is wholly inconvenient.”

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”

“We checked in on 6/5/26 upon checking into the room the bathroom reeked of urine, the towels were dirty as if they were left from the previous occupants just folded up ready to be used. Their was hair in the shower so it obviously hadn’t been touched and huge white stains on the headboard Room 118”

“The air conditioners did not work well enough to cool the room, bed was broken . Awful experience . We did not use one of the rooms and expect a credit for it”
