“I liked the spacious room the breakfast was good, the coffee great”

“Motel is leterally between two highways. The air conditioning did not work in my room so the girl at the front desk came over to fix it but was not successful. She was very apologetic and got me another room. There were lots of used cigarette butts near the front planter, no one has cleaned that space in years, right in the crevice. Also the curtains were sad and old. No views whatsoever, only of the two highways. The breakfast was cooked to order which was very nice.”

“Great location, very central with opportunity to walk and see Helena. This is a budgetary hotel (It's in the name, :)), that exceeds the expectations. Plenty of parking (mid-week), very clean rooms, decently quiet. Will stay there again. Thank you!”

“Room was absolutely disgusting! Blood stained pillows, stained bedspread, mattress gross! No way was I staying there. Staff wouldn’t offer refund. So, I “ate” my money and went elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Don’t bother booking.”

But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?”
