“30 years ago my husband and I stayed at this hotel on our first trip to MT. We were so impressed with the cooked to order breakfast back then and I was amazed they still offer it today! The hotel could use a little updating, but the staff and breakfast made our trip down memory lane worthwhile!”

“My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was quite noisy, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The continental breakfast was okay—nothing special, but it did the job. Overall, it was a decent stay for a short visit, but the noise level could definitely be improved.”

“Good for an overnight, clean and comfy beds. Had to ask for a coffee pot. Breakfast not served till 6:30 , not ideal for road warriors who need to get on their way. Excellent shower!”

“My king room was beautiful. The staff was fine. But I had a particularly reserved this room to be able to have an early morning swim and hot tub before my whole day of training. Upon attempting to enter the pool area at 7 AM when it opened, I was very disappointed to find out they had is closed for cleaning at the exact hours that it was slatedto be open. This time to enjoy what I had anticipated setting the tone for my day. This was a big disappointment. ”

“Here’s the deal. They only clean the room every other day. I am not sure why but they do. But even though it was cleaned every other day I had to call for supplies everyday. Shampoo and conditioner were both empty. Toilet wasn’t stocked. I had to call for towels. And there was no hot water in the shower. :(. They need to do cleaning everyday and stock the rooms. ”

“The staff who cleaned the rooms was very nice and helpful. The manager will charge for absolutely anything he can. They don't like to give out clean towels or blankets it's ridiculous since you pay for that. Dog rooms smell like smoke. However the prices are decent.”

“the only good thing is bed. But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“Such cool history, right across from the historical Governor’s Mansion and the cathedral. Wonderful breakfast that adapted to food sensitivities. We loved our stay!”
