“The only complaint I have is that they attempted to charge my card twice after I prepaid through Expedia. However, I have a wonderful stay otherwise.”

“We stayed at this location because of the wineries nearby. Both the hotel website and the Debonne winery website advertised free shuttles to and from the winery. The website was clear that the shuttles were daily and complimentary. When we got there we were told first that there weren’t shuttles, and later that there was one going at 4:30, for $39 a person!!! It all felt very sketchy. The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast was solid, but if you are looking for a winery shuttle or helpful...

“They had issues with the plumbing. There was water and sewage in both our rooms and the hallway. They had problems when we were checking in and they should have notified everyone and not rented out the rooms.”

This is a budget property that needs remodeling, updates, etc. but for the price we felt it was fine. “Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.”

“I would love to leave a stay review but we did not get that chance. Upon arrival- the lady said they didnt have our reservation and they were sold out for the weekend because we didnt call 24 hours ahead of time and prepay- it said nothing about that on expedia. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a trend. They offered us to stay friday night and to play it by ear on saturday which did not go over well for the rest of the family so we ended up leaving which ruined the 4th of july plans....
