“It was easy to find the hotel and the staff was friendly. The hotel lobby is clean and spacious as well as nicely lit. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was up to date. The only thing that was questionable was paying for parking and not receiving a parking permit.”

“Chose this location due to it advertising 24 hour shuttle service. This is inaccurate, they call you an Uber and hope for the best. We were told to be at the front desk 15 minutes prior to needing to arrive at the airport. We showed up 20 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes on the Uber and almost missed our flight. We had 9 minutes left to board when we finally got through TSA. So the advertisement of 24 hour shuttle service is inaccurate.”

“I don’t know where to begin. I strongly dislike leaving negative comments, but this stay was one that I felt the need warn folks in advance. From checking in to a room that had visible damage and a stained mattress to outlets/tv that didn’t work this was one of the worst places I’ve ever paid to stay at, and don’t even get me started on cleanliness I’m glad our time in the actual room was minimal. “This hotel is filthy. From the stained hallway carpet to the stained carpet, bed sheets, and towels in the rooms. The rooms smelled terrible.Nothing is clean or updated at all. The beds and pillows were not remotely comfortable. The bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor. We were provided with an open bar of soap and a half a hotel bottle of shampoo. The staff was rarely present. At check in they would not let us in the room less than in hour early despite explaining that we were there to be...
