“The rooms were smaller than I had imagined, there are cracks in the tiles in the main kitchen area. It’s very noisy during the night with what sounds like large fans or rangehoods from below restaurants going solidly from 2am. There may be quieter rooms. ”

No other accommodation available in Auckland, nearest we could get was Huntly! No assistance finding somewhere. Absolutely worst experience ever. Don’t stay here, nightmare”

“Loved the compact, functional amenities in the room. Quiet, great sleep. Breakfast other than buffet was a write-off, since it had to be ordered from the bartender (!),, who was far too busy to even look at me, let alone take my order. I asked directions to any cafe nearby, and walked via an overpass some distance to it, where no one was at the counter. Ended up buying food from the Woolworth’s chain grocery store.”
