Hotel vicino a Onehunga Bay Reserve - Auckland

“The rooms were smaller than I had imagined, there are cracks in the tiles in the main kitchen area. It’s very noisy during the night with what sounds like large fans or rangehoods from below restaurants going solidly from 2am. There may be quieter rooms. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. We left early for a flight, so we do not know anything about a breakfast.”

“Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and most importantly their smiles seemed genuine. Instructions for the basement car parking was made very clear. Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform. The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“Loved the compact, functional amenities in the room. Quiet, great sleep. Breakfast other than buffet was a write-off, since it had to be ordered from the bartender (!),, who was far too busy to even look at me, let alone take my order. I asked directions to any cafe nearby, and walked via an overpass some distance to it, where no one was at the counter. Ended up buying food from the Woolworth’s chain grocery store.”

“L hotel si trova in una zona quasi priva di servizi ed è lontano dal centro. Il ristorante è piuttosto scadente. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era piuttosto umida e l'aria condizionata non molto efficiente. ”
