“The shower curtain was stained and ripped, and it took an unreasonably long time for it to be replaced. The shower head was also loose and hanging out of the wall. The hotel was constantly out of towels. I requested additional towels and was told they would be sent to my room. Later, the same employee explained that the laundry had been finished, but other guests kept taking the towels, leaving them out of stock again. Unfortunately, I never received the towels I requested. The pool was dirty...

“The staff is amazing. I want to say that first. They really try and help those who need it. However, I booked the hotel thinking it would be safe and comfortable . Wrong. There were people outside doors. This happens all through the night. I feel sorry for security because the type of guest that stay there is awful. I would not recommend.”

“This venue was bad. My 1st room had no AC. The 2nd room caused me to have an asthma attack as the prior occupent clearly smoked in the room. The sheets had cigerette burns and the smoke alarm was broken. Was told there were no other rooms available. I've machine was brown and there was no access to the pool. Would not recommend this place to anyone. After I complained to Expedia was even less help. I was very disappointed all around.”

“Work for the indoor pool but it was down not able to use for the three grandbabies AC in one room was really nice AC in the other room didn't hardly work at all but other than that the property was nice and good people that work there for the neighborhood it's decent”

“Clean room and great staff. Hotel was under construction and we didn't know till it was to late that pool was closed. Huge bummer for the kids and would have affected our decision to stay there. Hotel will be great once renovations completed. Neighbors in room 304 were the worst and Ihope Karma finds them at 2am some day soon.”

Curtain was broken when I got there and I asked a staff member to hang it better.no toilet paper holder no soap dish flooring was buckled hole in the wall in the dressing area mattress wasn’t super comfortable floors were dirty.”

“July 3 - 5, 2026, During my stay, the indoor pool and hot tub was not open due to maintenance. Housekeeping did not have enough clean towels, we had to wait over a hour to get them. The Hotel was clean and the staff was nice.”
