“The employee at the front desk upon check-in did the job sufficiently, but with no personality at all. We could not use the TV in our room as none of the stations would work. If anything came up for programming, it would only stay briefly, then come up with a message saying that inclement weather may be the cause. The weather was clear.”

“The staff was nice to let us check in earlier by an hour. The check in time of 5:00 PM is anyway quite late as most hotels have it much earlier. The bathroom could have been better, didn’t have hand washing soap. The shower door was creaky. The bed was comfy but didn’t look like a king size bed. Considering the very high room rate per night, the hotel is rather over priced. The hotel is in a good location and close to university.”

“The staff is the exceptional part of this hotel! Always friendly and welcoming. I'd say the property is a bit dated but not bad. Pillows could be bigger and we'd personally prefer a firmer mattress and softer sheets but everything was well stocked and comfortable. Close to lots of dining and shopping options as well. We would stay here again.”

“I wasn’t able to stay at the property for personal reasons. I called directly to make the cancellation and the person who answered the phone at the hotel told me that it was up to Expedia to refund my payment (I had prepaid the full 3 nights) I called expedia.com and they tried contacting the hotel and explaining I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel and that I needed my refund at least for the following 2 nights (just keep one night’s deposit as penalty not the full 3 nights) it was impossible....

“Housekeeping and maintainence can be improved. Provide fresh packets of tea, coffee and creamer. ”

“The hotel room occasionally had a very strong and unpleasant food odor. The hotel amenities appeared quite outdated, and some items were broken. The bath towels were small and thin. In addition, only coffee was provided in the hotel, with no tea or hot water available. However, the staff members were very friendly and welcoming.”
