“Appartamento molto spazioso e ben fornito in quartiere tranquillo, sicuro, pittoresco e comodissimo per la visita di New York. Molto puliti gli ambienti, un po' meno il pavimento. Perfetta la vicinanza a 4 linee della metropolitana, al supermercato Trader Joe's e ad un tipico diner americano di altissima qualità proprio di fronte a casa. Assolutamente da rivedere la procedura di check-in e il sistema dei codici per l'apertura delle porte, che perde memoria molto spesso obbligando a richiedere...

“The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.”

“Our family of five stayed 4 nights - this location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We requested a rollaway bed which fit nicely in the living room corner. We also requested extra towels which were delivered the next day. Laundry in basement was convenient for our stacked travels. There was also a shared kitchen in the basement but we didn’t use it. “Does not accommodate 5 people as described. There was only 1 king bed and 2 small sofas, one was able to lay flat, like a very small futon and the other was just a narrow sofa.”

“It is an old building which doesn’t seem super clean. The host did not respond when I pointed out window was leaking onto the bed. It is really one small bed with a bed in a room attached to it. The bathroom was tiny and takes forever for shower to get hot. It is not worth the price.”
