Hotel a Jerseyville

“For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!”

“The room wasn't the cleanest. The breakfast was ok. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The little shampoo bottle in our room was half gone when we arrived. The pool was closed. The hotel is right next to the train tracks.”

“Property is extremely needing a major facelift. The property and everything in it is worn out. My guest room smelled of wet puppy and stagnant air. AC unit in wall was filled with dirt and mildew. Refused to turn it on. Stayed there due to cost savings. I'll stay in Edwardsville next time and deal with extra driving. The location has to be renovated or they will be able to sell rooms by the hour. Their HQ leaders would never allow their family members to stay at this location. Guests...

“Shower had no hot water but room was clean. Overall hotel is a little run down, but clean and priced right if you only need to stay a night or two. ”

“Good hotel for the price, rooms were clean. They served a pretty good breakfast. Few things could use some updating. But again for the price i have no complaints. Staff was very courteous and helpful. ”

“Parking was easy. It was messy but right now they are going through major renovation. Pool was open and warm so that was nice. And extremely convenient there’s a restaurant attached, they delivered our food to our room. ”
