“The room was dirty. There was trash on the floor when we got into the room. No elevator to the second floor. The stairs were rusted. There were floodlights everywhere which made it impossible to have the room dark enough, even with the curtains closed. There were people yelling outside the rooms all hours of the night. When I went to check out in the morning, the front desk employee was sleeping at the desk. I was just trying to find a quiet, clean, inexpensive place to sleep the night before...

“Decent breakfast, old facility, lukewarm water, good location, quick shuttle service to airport. Ok for the price if you just need a roof over your head. ”

“Very convenient to get into airport from hotel. Never have to go outdoors. TSA pre is steps from hotel exit. ”

“Customer service was excellent , fast and efficient . There was not a wait at check in and we were allowed to check in early. No issues here , you can just hear the water flowing from other rooms loudly. If you don't like sounds it may bother you.”

“Nice hotel. But I was surprised that breakfast wasn't free, unlike other hotels in the area. I visit Springfield often, and chose that hotel because of the location. In the future, I will stay somewhere that's less expensive and serves free breakfast. ”

“The building has very poor sound insulation. It is located downtown with a street light at the corner and the road noise is awful. Kept waking up all night. Otherwise it was clean and the staff was friendly. ”

“Choking “nonsmoking” (couldn’t even breathe normally because of the smell of smoke and weed), dirty room, used dirty bedding, dirty floors, dirty bathroom Staff is good, trying to be nice and helpful There was terrible noise upstairs all night, didn’t feel safe, had no rest ”
