“One great thing we noticed during our stay was the location was very good. You're a few minutes down the road from stores, Costco, plaza with shops & food, plus 20-30 mins drive to Meadows Theater (We stayed for a concert). Staff was very friendly/helpful & breakfast was good plus clean eating area. Would recommend & stay again if in the area again”

“The only thing this place had was a comfortable bed. Customer service was non existent. Waited 5 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. No bell to ring. When asked where I could park he pointed to the front area. When I got to my room I found out the was parking in the back closer to my room and stairs. Get in the room and the fridge was filthy! Left over used butter stick. Splatter of who knows what inside. Tried to call the front desk. Guess what?? No one answered. Tried 3 different...

“This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I loved the location as it was very close to the airport. The hotel was very dirty especially the bathrooms and the pillows were cushions. I had to go out and purchase my owns pillows. I will not stay here again.”

“Our floors was super loud. I think because there was no carpeting every single sound echoed really loudly. We were in the middle queen single suite. Bed was ok.”

“Our air conditioning barely worked, there was no on-site breakfast even though it is advertised, mold in the bathroom, the hallways smelled like urine and marijuana. Suspicious stains on blanket/pillow/sheets/towels. I spoke with staff to get help and they just said “ok”, with no timeframe on when we would get assistance. Everything was dirty and stained, and the pool just had a mound of mildew-ridden towels sitting there the whole 4 days we were there. Would not recommend this property for the...

“Great stay!”

“I had previously been very generous to this property. There are some staffers I really like. Unfortunately, after leaving my coat I returned to get it. The guy at the front desk said, "I have already checked the room and it's not there." I told him that was impossible but he would not let me talk to housekeeping. So I raced back to the room and saw my coat through the open blinds. When he opened the door and I pointed to it, upset, he had nothing to say and just had a weird smirk on his face....

“The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.”
