“Nice place and nice people”

“Bathroom needs maintenance. Caulking black in the shower. Walltex wallpaper loose next to shower. Sink electrical outlet didn’t work. Telephone buttons broken. No answer at the front desk or housekeeping this morning when I tried to get help. Breakfast was pretty good. Check out was easy.”

I had dinner at the fine dining restaurant L VK. It was hard to get a reservation yet. No one was really there when I arrived it was puzzling that the host has tried to see me beside the door when there were so many other tables available I requested away from the door and was moved My waiter was charming. “I was so pleased with our stay here. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The property was clean and safe. This is the first time I really felt like I got my moneys worth at a hotel in a really long time.”

“Changed our room with out calling us. Asssumed we needed one bed when reserved a 2 bed room.”

“Fridge didn't work. TV only got about 6 channels, only 1 was viewable, the ithers were all snowy. Breakfast was a choice of bagel or white bread. No coffee, no juice, no other options. Beds were terrible, we tossed and turned all night. AC kept shutting off. No wifi. Cheap as dirt, but still not worth it. ”
