“Room was exceptionally clean, cosy and a nice outlook. Didn’t interact verbally with any staff as all done online before and after arrival and had a code for KeyLock emailed to me. Asked for a late check out of 11am , 8 weeks before arrival date but unable to accommodate which was disappointing. Bit pricey for a Tuesday night stay at $350+ a night,but probably taking advantage of Jimmy Bs 70th Birthday Bash (which we attended) as everything was booked out. Would definitely stay again. “I had the top 2 bed cabin and there had clearly been a hole in the wall that had been patched but not painted. This is also clearly a place for workers and the worker next to me had really loud music throughout the night. Otherwise it was a lovely cabin with everything you could need. ”

“Clean and spacious room. Parking was great right outside the room great for those with mobility constraints. Comfy bed and smart tv. Check in and out was easy and the staff were lovely.”

“Air conditioning hot. Hallways bits of food on them. Rooms reasonably clean, however, water marks on the ceilings. Restaurant we could not get in for dinner, we ate from the bar, food was terrible. They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid. Asked the receptionist for a refund for the breakfast, she said "she would have to ask the manager. Five star...
