Comodo all'aeroporto OR Tambo e dotato di navetta
Stanza 131 pessima con condizionatare impossibile da tenere acceso x il fortissimo rumore. Impossibile dormire x il rumore delle tangenziali sui cui era affacciata. Letto piccolo x due persone senza frigo e neanche una bottiglia di acqua normalmente trovata in tutti gli hotel. Prenotazione effettuata con expedia gia pagata x 3 stanze che ci hanno fatto ripagare e ora attendiamo rimborso. Il peggior soggiorno in Sudafrica

It’s my second time and I like the place. Five years apart and I had the same room. Love the bedding. The facilities are aged but I like it. Never got a chance to experience breakfast since I depart so early.

It says payment must be local currency so I exchanged money to pay. Found out they DOtake cards Breakfast was fantastic. Should stay all in the home page.

Me hospedei somente 01 dia pois estava de passagem para retorno ao Brasil. Atendimento dos funcionários excelente e tem um bar maravilhoso dentro do hotel. Tomamos um vinho ao final da tarde e foi ótimo.

Having flown for about 17 hours we got to Jo’burg airport a few minutes walk to the pickup point all very well illuminated waited about 5 minutes the shuttle bus arrived the driver sorted the luggage, check in very easy showered and relaxed very 😊

O hotel é muito bom, com ótimo café da manhã e o shuttle funcionou muito bem. Achei só que o chuveiro poderia ser mais forte e não precisava ter carpete no quarto.

I booked the room from the 18th October because my flight arrived early morning of the 19th. When I arrived around 7:30 am on the 19th I was told there were no rooms available because my room was allocated to someone else and the hotel was up to capacity. I then had to wait for someone to check out and didn't get my room until 9:30 am. Tired, frustrated, and unbelievable they offered no apology but instead proceeded to charge me hotel tax which I refused to pay and after talking to the manager it was waived. If that wasnt enough tried to.pass the blame onto me by saying I should have notified them of my flight details as I was arriving the following day. The point is I booked the hotel for a period 18th to 21st October 23. Whatever time I arrive was irrelevant and my room should have been reserved and not given away to someone else. The hotel made money and I lost out because I could not go straight to my room. The customer is not made aware at the time of booking that the hotel has to be notified of flight arrival. Also when I got to the room there was no soap to wash hands or even a bottle of water. I have used this hotel before and that was my last time and what lets it down is the lack of professional staff. Most are not friendly and appear disgruntled and unhappy. They are the first point of contact at check-in and sadly let down the image of the hotel.
