“The parking was not as advertised so there was an additional cost. The walls were paper thin and i had a noise complaint for a normal phone conversation and i could hear the people in the room next to me as well. Their alarms, them walking around and even when they opened or closed the blinds. The security was rude, the head of the cleaning staff was banging on my door as though i need a reminder that i was checking out 30 min to checkout. VERY RUDE! That black lady that works at The front desk...

“As soon as I pulled up to the front entrance, I was welcomed and made to feel right at home. The reception desk was well staffed and the service was amazing. I was there for a graduation and only stayed one night. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I am in Atlanta!!”

“Good location, clean rooms. Poor view from our room, and the bed was completely worn out. Don’t stay in a double queen room be use according to the front desk staff they all have the same roof and side of building view with no sunlight. Felt like we were in a prison cell. $45 per night to park which comparatively was cheap for midtown.”

“Room service offer or at least offer to have food guest buy from restaurant and such be brought up to the rooms. Housekeeping needs to pay extra details to the cleaning of the room.”
