“Clean and nice”

“The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.”

“The staff was efficient and accommodating. We had some trouble with our TV and someone was up in our room taking care of the problem almost immediately. Also, I was staying overnight for a follow up post surgery visit. My appointment was not until 2 PM and they let me have a late check out time of 1 PM so me and my 83-year-old husband were not “homeless’ for three hours. Deeply appreciated.”

“3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. The room service did not provide any coffee pods for our room, no cream either. The elevator stunk like stagnant dirty water. The front desk staff was rude, and barely begrudgingly helpful. The ice maker was leaking all over the floor. The coffee in the lobby was old and bad tasting. They cleaned our room only once in 4 days.”

“Very clean room with comfortable bedding and furniture. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker were clean and came in very handy. Excellent breakfast. My request for a late checkout was politely honored- the staff here is wonderful!”

“Poorly maintained, broken ice machines, broken pool, limited gym equipment. First room they gave me smelled lime urine (pet friendly hotel, maybe pet accident). Wont be staying here again”

“I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The pool was cool and refreshing AND open. The hotel itself was in a very decent place with Walmart being right next door and a very nice Indoor/outdoor mall only about 3mins away. I was even i.ptessed by the TV! The fact that it had streaming platforms already installed and i was able to use my own personal account without having to bring a firestick or apple t.v was great. My...

“I did not expect the status I saw this time at all no help at all as no staff available to give a hand We have to bring our luggage in the hotel and inside the hotel same to bring down and take to car ourselves Food in bfst quite poor also but may be this is the standard for such hotels nowadays”
