“Greeted as soon as I arrived, and thanks for being a member of the loyalty program. The check-in process was very fast and the staff very friendly. My room was clean as was the bathroom the bed very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The grounds are well kept with more than enough parking. There was a refrigerator and small coffee maker in the room, but no microwave which I forgot to check before I made my reservation, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Breakfast was basic with several...

“The weather was very cold and snowy during our stay and we enjoyed breakfast each morning and things were super clean and food bar very well maintained.”

“Everything seemed fresh and recent. The pool, patio and gym were all in good shape and we used them well! We had a wedding to attend and had a small wardrobe malfunction. The young ladies at the front desk, Jaye & Honey, found us some safety pins! Lifesavers,both of them. They were also pleasant, funny and very professional in their interactions with guests. We'll stay here again on our next visit.”

“Don’t pay extra for a “skyline view of the city.” All I saw was a tree and when asking for a refund she said they were busy last night (so gave my room that I paid for a nice view of Columbus to someone else). Won’t do that again.”
