“We stayed there twice in June (first myself and then my husband) while bringing our daughter to her Summer Intensive. The staff were great, the rooms were nice and safe.”

“Bar and Restaurant Were Under Renovation. Window Shade Couldn't Be Open. No Food Delivery Flyers Were Available. No Continental Breakfast Available. It Was Quiet And Clean. Why I Was Placed In A Handicap Room, I'll Never Know.”

“False advertisement. No elevator or airport shuttle as advertised, breakfast could be improved. Guest Laundry washers not working.”

“The housekeeping is every other day. This was not advertised. My room was not cleaned much to my surprise. And I arrived at 11.56 with a handicapped person and the front desk clerk said I would have to wait until 12.15 to check. I had to ask for the manager on duty to get a room. The staff is terrible. Not up to Hilton standards.”

“We hadn’t stayed there in a long time and stayed last night. They filled in the pool with concrete. Room curtains don’t block out the light at all at night. They are sheer and clear in places. There is no milk at breakfast. The staff said they were out. We won’t be back.”

“The entire hotel needs an upgrade, from wall paint, bedspreads, to bathroom shower. There were hair strands in my shower, chip and mold around the shower and shower curtain, even with the shower curtain closed the floor still got wet to a puddle, found a bug crawling up the tv stand, mattress a little hard/stiff, towels rough feeling”
