“All perfect I can only complain about the level of cleanliness of the swimming pool, not adeguate to the rest of the hotel. Strongly suggested for room comfort big Gym and breakfast ok.”

“Breakfast was not the best. When we arrived, 30 minutes before it was over, no eggs, no bacon, no bread and no waffle mix. Things did get replenished when we asked but eggs were not desirable. Several people continued coming because so many flights were canceled and breakfast only went until 9”

“Breakfast was great! Pool was cold, but they turned up the heaters, which we really appreciated. Having the kitchen in the room was wonderful and so convenient. Beds were very comfortable and things are a bit rundown in the rooms, but overall a good stay. ”

“The worst hotel i have ever stayed. The lady at reception was rude. I specifically ask for the room on first level as i have a toddler with me. But i was given a room at 3rd floor and when asked she was like first come first serve. The checkin time is 4pm i checked in at 4:01pm. The couch in the room was all sunk in and hard to to sit. No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel in the bottle. The breakfast was terrible and everything was cold. I have to check out within 24 hours instead of 3 days...

“Property was pristine. Property did allow pets, but we didn't bring any. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the slamming of doors was a bit much. It was also noisy above us since we stayed on the 1st floor. We would book a stay here again, but away from the exits and book a room on the 3rd floor. ”

“Elevator needs work, chipped ceiling, chipped bathroom door, pipe backed up on bottom floor and smelled. Waited for toilet paper at front desk for ten minutes and finally had to ask for it to just be brought to our room. ”

“I’m super disappointed in our stay. We paid for a 2 bedroom suite to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We had no hot water at all for showers. Completely ridiculous. The pool was SUPER cloudy with hair floating all around it. After the pool we attempted to take a warm shower for my toddler (cause there was no tub for kids) and she was shivering the whole time, due to us having no hot water. Completely ridiculous. At breakfast, we asked for a pitcher of water refilled and it straight up looked...
