Hotel a Jumping Branch

“I loved the resort. Specially our room was lakeview and could see the morning reflection. The room was just like regulart hotel room but I personally liked it for the lake. Overall its a nice quiet place to stay”

“Ok”

“Poor breakfast. Choices were instant oatmeal and cold cereal. Breakfast items were never restocked the 3 days we were there.”

“Very few outlets available and none near bed to use for CPAP machine. HVAC control was very difficult to regulate; seemed to be colder than setting.”

“No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with”

“Great room, clean, no carpet, new and with full blackout shades! Loved it! ”

“Nice and restful place”

“Be aware that this room is located on a busy narrow street in Hinton with lots of traffic noise. We had trouble accessing our room because the keyless entry system was not programmed correctly. We had to contact the host and have him come out to let us in.”

“Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving.”

“DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE! I arrived at night in the pouring rain after a long day of driving. The office was locked, with a note on the door saying to call this number. When I called and asked to check in, I was told they had no rooms because of a “water problem”, despite the room already being booked and paid for in advance. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay, and the guy could not have cared less. I said, “You couldn’t have called people to give them a heads up so they could make other...

“Overall sanitation was excellent.”

“Very clean property. Nice cozy little hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Look forward to staying there again.”

“I had room 524 on the fifth floor. Shower water never got hot and I waited a good five minutes. The air conditioning/heating system would not heat. The pillows were obviously very dusty as I am allergy sensitive to dust. In general, it seemed this room hadn’t been slept in in a while or had not been well cleaned. Very good breakfast! Desk service at check-in was not very friendly and very mediocre. Feel like I deserve a refund.”

“The staff was friendly and the room are clean. Breakfast are good as well for the price of the hotel you can't beat the with breakfast around the area.”
