This home is located on a quiet street 5 min walk away from the Jurien Hotel , IGA, coffee shop, service station and BWS. Sit on the porch with dinner and drinks and watch the sunset with uninterrupted views, or take it 100 metres down the road to sit on the beach.
Outside Pets allowed (Outside Only) with a fully enclosed back yard and boat parking.
Split Air Conditioning to living room and both main bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a 1 x King bed, bedroom 2 has a 1 x Queen bed and bedroom 3 has a 1 x Tri bunk. Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
