“The room was cozy. The staff responsivity was non-existent! We initially got in with our code. We asked for an extra blanket, and they said they had no staff onsite. It was only 7:45. We left for dinner, then came back and the code DID NOT work to reenter. We texted the staff and received NO REPLY. We were LOCKED OUT from our belongings and our room. It was raining and we were stuck waiting for a response. Frustrated and waiting for hours, we retried multiple times to re-enter the room. ...
