“Overall I had a negative experience due to the member of staff called Michael, which made me uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay. It's a shame, as the other people were quite nice, and unfortunately I wasn't well when I arrived. Hanno cambiato le lenzuola per fortuna sembravano più pulite . Standard igienici molto diversi dai nostri ”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. We traveled from the USA with a group of eight guests. Our booking clearly stated a 2-bedroom suite with four queen beds. However, when we arrived, each bedroom had only one queen bed and there was a futon in the living area. That is not what we reserved. Each room had only one comforter and two towels. I had to call the front desk and argue just to get four additional towels so everyone could have one, along with extra sheets and a comforter for the futon....

“フロントは前のビルの３階で、かなり遅い時間に着いたが温かく迎えてくれた。部屋は31階。エレベーターも多くて速いのでストレスを感じなかった。部屋は２ベッドルームで様々な設備が整っていて過ごしやすかった。近くのPWTC駅にそこそこのショッピングモールがあり便利。歩いて１分のところにセブンもある。残念だったのはWi-Fiが繋がらなかったところだけ。極めて快適に過ごせたので感謝している。”

“Hotels.com suggested that I saved over $200 USD on this booking of a two night stay. I was shocked upon arrival. There was hair on the bathroom sink and on my bed. The breakfast buffet was really awful. The walls were worn and damaged. I am not picky but would never have booked this if not misled by Hotels.com assertion of its worth.”
