Personale gentile e disponibile.

“Clean room and extremely helpful staff”

“Great location and incredible staff. Service in the room daily regardless of what time we asked. The gentleman at the front desk spent over an hour helping us get tickets for the Emperor's Cup game. Another front desk staff member diligently helped us forward our luggage to Hiroshima. On the edge of the nightlife, so quiet but an easy walk to bars and restaurants. The room was a great value for the price. I cannot say enough good things about the everyone on the staff that we interacted with....

“The reptionist was great. The room was spacious enough for my daughter and I. She complained about the cigarette smell but I was the one who purchased the room. The bath was soothing. I liked the location of the hotel, we were able to walk there from the train station and we got a great feel of Shinjuku during our two-night stay.”

“Hotel staff very kind with us. The hotel is located in a very good position, just behind the Godzilla palace in Shinjuku and 5 minutes walk from the metro station.”

“Our room was at basement and there was a bad odor as soon as we opened the door. With the price I understand I can’t expect much but the smell was so bad unfortunately.”

“An interesting hotel with free snacks, soft drinks and a range of alcohol available 24/7. Make sure you do a 'proper' search in Google Maps before attempting to find the hotel as there are 3 various Hotel Balian's in the area and we found ours on the 3rd attempt. Very helpful staff. Our no smoking room still smelled of smoke when we arrived but we got used to it.”
