But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. ”

“Please beware, this hotel is more like a hourly hotel. It’s not really designed for family or vacation stay. I made a big mistake taking my family here and booked for 7 days. Most rooms here are smoking room! The room really full of cigarette smell, even after turn on the air filter for whole days still unbreathable. “Very nice hotel accommodations during my stay in Tokyo. The staff was awesome, the hotel was extremely clean and there were several restaurant options onsite. One of the things I enjoyed most are the views of the city from my hotel room. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next trip to Tokyo.”
