“Excellent breakfast and staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and big. English-accommodating. I didn’t use the spa so I can’t comment. Great area, quieter than other parts of Tokyo, with beautiful views and nearby malls. Shuttle to Disney included. Hotel attached to Daiba station; incredibly convenient. I researched a long time to find a hotel that met these needs and after staying, I can’t say enough good things! Thank you”

“黒人のスタッフさんがチェックインの対応をしてくれたがとても流暢に日本語を話されていて感心した。 家族５人うち幼児1名の一泊で食事は朝食のみの利用。平日だったからか個室に案内して頂き、しかも2歳以下の子供にもご飯とお味噌汁をサービスで出して頂きとても助かった。朝食は和食と洋食をセレクト可能。洋食を選んだがサラダとスープとパンはおかわり自由とのこと。味も素晴らしい。強いて言えば豆乳とベリーのスムージーは好き嫌いあるかも。 スタッフのどなたも館内をすれ違うたびに一声かけてくれてあたたかい気持ちになった。 室内含むどこも清掃が行き届いていた。鏡張りの壁面や垂れ壁のない窓や扉は空間を広く見せて開放感を感じられた。 大きな公園に面し客室からは緑が見えて開かれた景色も良い。 値段は決して安くないが、そこらのビジネスホテルとは一線を画す質の高さを感じた。 ディズニーランドから車で90分、サンリオピューロランドから車で30分なので遠方から旅行に来られる方には全力でお勧めしたい。 とても良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。”
