“The only think is can you please put a couple more t-bags and coffee in the rooms then I don't have to ask for more as I feel awkward asking for more or going to the foyer cupboard to help myself everything else and breakfast was great - we were looking to have dinner at the restaurant on Saturday night but it was closes so we had to go elsewhere”

“The room was clean and a good size, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. I thought it could do with a couple of comfortable chairs and the remote didn’t work for the TV probably only needed new batteries”

“Hotel distante dal centro. E' necessario un pullman per raggiungerlo , ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal Parlamento. Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Paid for a roll away bed for one family member and it was awful, uncomfortable and lumpy. Asked for it to be exchanged and was given an even worse one instead. When I spoke to the concierge, she said they fully booked and couldn’t do anything about it. There was a large, visible gap in the bathroom door, affording compromised privacy. The poor shower design meant that water saturated the entire bathroom when the shower was used. The room’s fridge leaked onto the carpet which was...
