There are two aspects that could benefit from improvement: firstly, the receptionists could benefit from training to enhance their customer service and friendliness; and secondly, similar to other services, the gym hours could be extended until 11 pm. ”

“Me and my family spent 1 night there, before starting a safari tour. The hotel is well located near to Entebbe airport (airport transfer can be arranged, with extra cost). Maximum comfort in accomodation (we had a very large family room), huge swimming pool, great garden and good restaurant (we had dinner and breakfast). The staff is very friendly. Completely satisfied! ”
