“Location is good with shopping centre nearby with just a walking distance. There a lot of eateries around. As for the room, there is a tv but only 2 channel to view. Front desk staff are kind and very helpful”

“It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

“I didnt check in. From outside, the hotel looks so scary and horrible. Poor maintainance. The shoplot is all for rent/sale. Only 1 car outside the hotel. ”

Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task.
Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back.
Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...

“Overall the hotel is clean and tidy. Is just the shower water heater is out. The hotel is near to housing so is quiet and relax. Hotel provided local breakfast 'nasi lemak' which is delicious we enjoyed the breakfast at open area next to the hotel. Great stay. ”
