“**Below Expectation for a 5-Star Hotel** The price of RM1200 per night did not reflect the experience expected from a 5-star hotel. **Pros:** 1. “The room is clean and new. Environment also very good. Outside is already beach perfect for my children to play sea and sand together. ”

“I didn't expect much as i only paid $13 CAD for the room. The was basic and old but overall i was happy with the value for the price paid. The room, sheets and towels were basic and clean and the service was excellent.”

“Our stay at the Lexis Hibiscus was brilliant. Our kids really enjoyed the stay with the private pool villa. Food slightly pricier as not many options on the outside. The Spa service was amazing, Yani was excellent. Only thing I would say, as it has a lot of families the song choices need to be reconsidered with less swear words as there are young kids around.”

“The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. ”
