“There was a dip in the bathtub that I kept slipping in while I was showering. Felt like this was a known problem as there was a safety railing in there. The staircase feels unsafe as it seems like it’s not part of the building once you enter. The elevators were breaking down and at one point only one elevator available while checking in. And there was no access to stairs from the outside of the building.”

“I was having surgery so I couldn't have breakfast but my husband went down and breakfast was being served and he said everything was good and hot. As for the staff, not impressed. She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. “We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great.”

“The first room we went to did not have working AC and there were crumbs/a dead bug/hair in the sheets. We requested a new room which the staff was happy to oblige. We appreciated their hospitality. The second room had clean sheets and working amenities. The area didn’t seem the most safe, so all things considered, I don’t think we’ll stay here again.”

“The rooms were nasty. Blood stains on the sheets in several. They actually had to up grade my room for the same price just to find a clean room.”
