She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. “TV was small. It had only local channels on "cable". No premium channels and no smart features. Poor picture kind of fuzzy. Room literally right next to highway exit, but it was quiet inside room. Room was very clean and as pictured. Bed and pillows were very soft and a pleasant sleep experience. Grounds are kind of run down. Bathtub and little rough, showing some delamination and grout pulling away badly where tub meets the bathroom floor tile. AC worked fine. Didn't have the free breakfast...
