“Room was exceptionally clean, cosy and a nice outlook. Didn’t interact verbally with any staff as all done online before and after arrival and had a code for KeyLock emailed to me. Asked for a late check out of 11am , 8 weeks before arrival date but unable to accommodate which was disappointing. Bit pricey for a Tuesday night stay at $350+ a night,but probably taking advantage of Jimmy Bs 70th Birthday Bash (which we attended) as everything was booked out. Would definitely stay again. “Arrived late, note on reception door to locate keys , easy peasy. Room was spot on, even found an corneto ice cream in the kitchenette freezer. Not good as we had to fight over who ate it! Handy spot with good rooms”

“I had the top 2 bed cabin and there had clearly been a hole in the wall that had been patched but not painted. This is also clearly a place for workers and the worker next to me had really loud music throughout the night. Otherwise it was a lovely cabin with everything you could need. ”

The biggest issue was the complete lack of reliable hot water for the entire stay. “Air conditioning hot. Hallways bits of food on them. Rooms reasonably clean, however, water marks on the ceilings. Restaurant we could not get in for dinner, we ate from the bar, food was terrible. They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid. One thing that felt a little unusual as tourists was being placed very close to the permanent residents in the park, which made the atmosphere feel less like a holiday campground at times. The cabin itself was well equipped and we appreciated small touches like the bathtub and the body lotion provided.
