Questo è il tuo tranquillo santuario per rilassarsi e ricaricarsi dopo un'intensa giornata di viaggio. Arredamento stupendo, comodi divani e nuovi materassi con lenzuola fresche di bucato, cucina ben fornita - tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Situato in posizione strategica nel cuore di Overland Park, a 30 minuti dall'aeroporto di KC, a 20 minuti dal centro, dal quartiere Power & Light o dal Convention Center. Ottimo per viaggiatori d'affari, famiglie o coppie. Molto conveniente. Facile accesso all'autostrada (US69 / I-35)
La casa ha due livelli. Due camere da letto, bagno completo, spazio abitativo e cucina si trovano al piano superiore con altre due camere da letto, bagno e garage situati al piano inferiore. Il divano al piano superiore ha un letto estraibile abbastanza grande per due. La cucina ha un forno a microonde, un tostapane e una macchinetta del caffè. Negli armadietti della cucina puoi trovare tazze, bicchieri, bicchieri da vino, piatti e utensili sufficienti per 10 persone.

The unit was clean, spacious, and quiet. Neighborhood felt safe and it was a nice stay for our short business trip. Hosts communicated check in and check out instructions clearly. We didn't need to reach out to them with any questions or concerns. Would stay again for sure.

The house was ok. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Showers had hot water. Refrigerator worked. Furniture was ok, a bit dinged up. Our only issue is this unit is part of a duplex and both sides are rented out. On the second night of our stay, the renter on the other side had a wild party that went until 5 am. At around 3 am the renter on the other side started using a drum kit and the whole place was loud. None of us slept that night. We messaged our host at 3 am but he did not get the message until 9 am. He said he had secured a promise from the other renter they would not have a party - but obviously they did.

Overall the house/duplex was nice. Plenty of space and could fit lots of people if needed. I had some issues that I messaged the owners about, but received no reply, other than an automated response making sure I checked out on time.Some of the shelf’s in the kitchen weren’t fully cleaned when I arrived and got sticky stuff on my groceries. There were visibly dirty silverware mixed in with the clean. The water pressure in the upstairs/main floor shower was horrible.I know owners can’t always control the people next door, but in this duplex, the attached neighbors were loud both nights in verbal arguments late into the night. With earplugs, I was able to sleep fine, but other occupants with me had some struggles.

Nice Accomdations

This was a super cute duplex. The property owner was very friendly and communicative. My coworkers and I were in town for just the evening for work. We work for a non-profit, so being able to utilize accommodations like this for all 4 of us, instead of individual hotel rooms, saved us over 200 for the night. Our only complaints were the air conditioner. It did not do a great job at cooling the house overnight, and 2 of the bedrooms were in the basement, which I don't recall seeing in the listing (but I was in a hurry, so it may have been there) Other than that, we were very appreciative.

Great property, Great location

We live at the Lake of the Ozarks and was in town for our son's wedding. We had a few family and friend stay with us. Very roomy, clean and centrally located to anything in the city. Price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Not quite what I expected

There wasn’t a hook or towel bar in downstairs bathroom. I looked for hangers to hold our wet towels… I found 2 plastic Walmart type hangers in the entire house that could have snapped with a towel hanging on them! I borrowed hangers from family for the towels and hung them on the handrail from the basement Dishes from previous guests were still in Dishwasher, I didn’t empty it. I found in the utensil drawer 3 forks. I brought, plastic silverware, plastic cups and paper plates and very thankful I did. Beds were okay but walls are also paper thin. You definitely know there’s people next door. But that wasn’t an issue for us. It was loud at times but calmed down.

Please read!!

While staying at this property everyone was okay & no one had COVID however after our stay everyone felt sick & everyone tested positive for COVID. They also had roaches & so I’m not sure if we caught it from someone in the house or the host doesn’t do the proper maintenance of keeping it clean but please be aware that this property is not the cleanest

Great stay

House was great! We ended up having a full house but it was still comfortable. I will say, the house sleeps 10 but there is only a couch on the common area. There are dining room chairs you can pull in. The only other thing is the four bedroom is actually the downstairs living area so there isn't a ton of privacy for the room with the king bed. The house was great though! It really worked having two usable bathrooms that weren't inside a room with the amount of people the house sleeps. Very clean. Great experience!
