Case in affitto a Katy

“This property was a scam. Got there and the person that answered the door said they don’t rent rooms. There was a pad lock on the door for entry never received check in info. Please do not pay your money here👎👎👎❌❌❌”

“I never write negative reviews but this Rental deserves one. First impression pulling in driveway was bad. Grass was a foot high and front door was filthy. Inside 3/4 of window blinds didn’t work. Kitchen counters were Granite looking wallpaper over plywood and there were multiple rips and tears. Shower head was rusted ( we didn’t use ).Both couches seat cushions were worn with no seating support. While sitting you sunk down 6”.And in our two nights there we saw 5 roaches and a spider. Only...

“Clean property and stocked kitchen with utensils. The property itself is on the older side and could use some TLC. But for our purposes for a quick layover in Houston, it worked fine.”

“My stay was wonderful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It has multiple seating options inside as well as comfortable chairs outside by the fire pit. I noticed that the house may need some small repairs and let the host know. I feel like the issue will be addressed. The host is very good about responding to messages. I travel with my dog, and the pet fee is very reasonable. The yard was a perfect size for her, and the neighborhood has walkable sidewalks if you need more space for a pet.”

“Such a quiet getaway for me and my significant other. Cute little house decorations were awesome. Beds were comfortable overall experience I give it a five star”

“We were here for a horse show in Katy, and this place was great! It rained, and we got pretty muddy--but luckily, we could do laundry.”

“Nice clean home. This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host stays in contact and is easy to reach. I will book again. No complaints at all. ”

“The property was clean and well stocked with the things you would need. The bed was comfortable. There were a couple issues for the month that I stayed including and issue with the water pressure and a clogged toilet, but they were addressed either that day or within 24 hours. Communication was excellent and very fast, including at 1 in the morning! The only thing that wasn't ideal was that the washer and dryer were in the garage, but that wasn't such a huge deal.”

“Townhome was clean, the bedrooms were a great size and the host was responsive. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. ”

“Great house. Smooth check-in and check-out”

“I booked our stay at this property 1 week prior to check in. Shortly after I booked this property, I received an email from VRBO that my reservation was confirmed. While driving to the property on check in day we were 30 minutes from arriving at the property when I contacted the owner for check in procedures. I told the owner I was the person who booked the property for the weekend. The owner sounded confused and told me to hold on and hung up on me. Five minutes later I received a full refund...

“I feel the property was misrepresented to a point. This house would be a great rental property if it had some TLC. The front door is molded on the outside and it doesn’t seal properly in the frame so we battled bugs the entire time. The wood look floor is in really bad shape and needs to be replaced. However, the neighbors were really nice and answered questions and Paola always responded to my text questions. Being on a corner lot didn’t help because of the noise and people racing up and down...

“This was a work trip as we had and evening Katy, TX. This was a very convenient location for us, the house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The communication was appropriate and it was equipped with everything that we needed and that was listed.”

“My family stayed at this location because we came to Houston to visit family. The house was amazing, we had 10 people plenty of room, very clean, description of property was what is was, outside space great for the kids (fenced in back yard & playset) Great communication with the host and very helpful. Check in and Check was so smooth. Very great experience!! ”

“The home was adorable, the water view was very relaxing. My stay was quiet and peaceful. Everything I needed was right there in the home. The place was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, etc. I was close enough to go shopping, eating, etc. without having to get into the Houston traffic!!”

“Everything was exactly as photographed. Had a lovely stay!”
