“The location was great, the property IS spacious! The property is older & the photos online make it appear more cozy & modern, which it’s not. The remote in the master bedroom didn’t work. There was mold in the bathroom. The amount of money we paid, we would have appreciated at the very least two-ply toilet paper & newer & softer towels. We spent most of our time out in the city but would have appreciated someone telling us this is an OLDER home. ”

“Everything was as described in the listing so there were no surprises. The house was beautiful and spacious without being too formal and stuffy. There were 15 of us that stayed in the place and everyone enjoyed their stay. Towels and toiletries were provided for all. There was no dishwasher detergent and the coffee in the canister was not enough for a serving, but we brought our own kitchen supplies so that was not an issue at all. Overall, very nice place to stay, and I would recommend it to...

“Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. ”

“When I arrived at the property it was actually smaller than I expected, but it made me love it more! Really close to grocery stores and everyday conveniences. It was close to my family that I came to visit and perfect for traveling with a small child because all the conveniences not available at a hotel was there. I would definitely book again. ”

“The house is very cute, but needs a little attention. The outlet in the guest bathroom doesn’t work. The kitchen needs updated pots and pans and utensils and wine glasses! More serving dishes would be good too. The tv remotes don’t work well either had to keep resetting them to use them. And the back bedroom door doesn’t shut properly. Just a little fine tuning to this house would make it prefect.”

“The check in was simple, no problems at all. The home actually looked better in person than it does in the pictures. There are 2 king sized beds, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was absolutely perfect for us. The owner interacted with us in a timely manner throughout our stay. I would go there again! ”
