“I found an empty whisky bottle in my bed, which appears to have been left behind by previous guests. This has made me question how thoroughly the room was cleaned, particularly the bed and bedding, before my arrival. It has left me concerned about the hotel’s cleanliness standards and the care taken in preparing the room for new guests.”

“We stopped only for one night so we can't write a complete review. By the way two bad thing for us is that the room was on the ground floor, parking view, and the bathroom was not so clean”

“Hot tub jets not working”

“Room is on the top. Breakfast is on the bottom. We stayed 3 nights Jacqozy was out of order the whole stay no fixing Room is perfect comfortable”

“Good place to staycation”

“People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back”

“I have had a lot of trouble with the cleanliness of the room. I found some lipstick on my bedsheet and the next day that I got to bed after the room was cleaned. I still found that lipstick on the bedsheet, which I thought they just made the bed the shower head was leaking. I mentioned it and I stayed here before as well, and the same thing happened in the room based on the pricing of the hotel per night. The things that were available in the room to cleanings, and the satisfaction rate were...

“The staff were friendly upon checkin and during our interactions with them while there. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette. The room was not fully cleaned when we came in and found multiple dirty dishes in the cabinets. The Kitchenette had a hot plate, a toaster oven, small coffee pot and a pot and pan. However plates, bowls and silverware were limited and we ended up having to buy paper plates and utensils for our stay. The pool worked for the kids and the hotel was prompt in shutting...
