“The rooms are well laid out with storage and plugs. The beds are super comfortable. Only issues, parking is around back with no back door access which would be handy for check in as there is no loading zone. Other issue was the dining/ food hall. Feels like a dorm. It was super busy and hard to get into the flood stations… no seating available when I got there so one family made room for me. That being said, I’d stay again as the rooms themselves were excellent.”

“The staff here were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk made sure that I had a quiet room at my request, and it was indeed nice and quiet! This hotel is a bit older and could use some upgrades, the carpets specifically. My room had quite a strong smell of febreze and the first night it was a bit strong for me, but the rooms do have windows that open, so I left the window open all day while I was out and it was much better when I got back, so the second night was...

“I had a great stay. Parking was good. Breakfast for me is usually waffles and coffee, and both were in abundance. I’ll book here again soon.”

“Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly. We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel. Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again! ”

“Restaurant had fantastic food but not very good service, had to ask for water. Again, food is fantastic! Watched the staff have a great reunion with some friends for awhile after we finished. One guest next to us just got up and went to the counter and asked for the bill. However the food was awesome! We finally gave up and went to the counter too. First time in years that I didn’t add a tip on. But the food is incredible!”

“The room wasn’t cleaned before check in - previous guest dirty laundry was everywhere and bathroom was not cleaned. Nothing was provided in the room (bathroom toiletries, water, etc.) and was paid add on. None of this was communicated before booking. The payment was also denied online, and was asked for in person upon arrival. The amenities were out of order, but we were informed before booking and we were ok with that - but light Breakfast was part of the booking, while the hotel refused to...
