“The rooms, sheets, and towels were clean. The staff and host were AMAZING AND LIVELY! The kitchen was clean and they even made breakfast and dinner for me! I stayed during a cooler season so just having the window open was perfect. I really appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the host, Bushi. To me it was an amazing experience I will NEVER forget. Thank you so much!”

“Amazing spot. Close to the train, close to the beach, the food is amazing and there’s several great restaurants on the same block. The in-house onsen and laundry was clutch for me and my toddler. The afternoon snacks were a favorite of the the toddler, lol. It’s clean, bright, spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Got slightly confused and went to the OTHER Sotetsu in Kamakura (7 minute walk-ish) but that’s my fault honestly. Not a single thing to complain about. Staff was amazing and we were able to see an exhibit we really wanted to see in Yokohama because they were willing to hold our bags after check out. Easy choice to stay here when in Kamakura”

“We had a great stay at this 100-year-old Japanese home. The mix of traditional architecture and modern updates was impressive, and the house was clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Tadao, the host was very responsive and made communication a pleasure. We only wished we had booked a longer stay. Would definitely recommend a relaxing stay directly across the rd from the beach. Beautiful place and town”

“Sehr zentral. Bahnhof, Konbini, Einkaufsstraße alles in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Abzug: Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert (im hinteren Teil des Zimmers nicht, nur an der Tür). Es ist ein Hostel mit viel Durchgangsverkehr. Extrem hellhörig.”

“Piccolo Hotel, o meglio un mix tra bed and breakfast e Hotel, di nuova realizzazione, quindi tutto impeccabile a livello di struttura e pulizia. Noi eravamo in tre adulti, per cui, come del resto descritto sul sito, in due abbiamo dormito nel divano letto e uno a terra sul tatami, unica sorpesa, ma non è stato un problema, ci siamo dovuti aprire noi il divano e fare noi il letto con le lenzuola sia nel divano che nel tatami, in quanto loro non fanno o rifanno la camera. Discreta la colazione...

“La maison est jolie de l'extérieur. Les parties communes sont sympa mais le mobilier est parfois très usé. Les sanitaires sont propres. Par contre, notre chambre et le lit étaient très petits, sans charme, mal insonorisée pour la chambre et moyennement propres (beaucoup de poussières sous le lit, un fil électrique qui traine en plein milieu et une couette jaunâtre). Ça va pour une nuit, mais pas plus. Point positif : le personnel est gentil.”

“Casablanca Pool House was an absolute incredible experience they’re so kind and accommodating, the house is so clean upon arrival, having a private pool and outdoor tub is rare to find in Japan especially on a last minute booking !
