“The front desk staff was unfriendly from the time we checked in. The hotel common areas and especially our room was very dirty and run down. There were stains on everything from the walls, furniture, bathtub, and bedding. Our stay was noisy with people running up and down the hallways starting at 2 am through the morning. ”

“It was really sketchy feeling when people living there are roaming the halls and making interesting noises in the night. Seemed like a halfway house hotel. Not going to lie! I walked into my room when I first got there and there was a nasty smell in the room which did not go away the entire stay. I decided to room with my friend at her hotel bc of how creepy it felt. Not a recommendation for anyone to go there. I did not feel comfortable! The breakfast sucked too and was completely under done!...

“Pros- easy to find, outside of the building is clean and attractive, unique, friendly staff, room was clean and spacious, wonderful jetted tub, restaurant attached, great waitress Cons- when you check in there’s a sign saying to call someone for help checking in, elevator is broken (we were on the 4th floor), floor is lopsided in the hallway and the room, peeling wallpaper in some areas, threadbare towels, coffee only on the second floor,very warm with no temperature change after adjusting the...

“Breakfast was delicious. Was confused that the bar wasn’t open and no hours of operation were posted. Was a little concerned that the outside door wasn’t locked but it may have been only during the day.”

“Room had everything we needed including fridge, microwave, dishwasher with plates and utensils. The free breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the laundry room which only took quarters and didn’t wash that well. The area around has a lot of restaurants in walking distance and even a Walmart in like a 5 minute drive so that was a bonus.”

“We have stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Denver several times and have always found the staff friendly and efficient, the property well maintained, and they offer a very nice breakfast.”

“Dirty, the closet door was literally broken off the hinges and just laying in the closet. Would not stay here again.”

“Rooms were clean. But the twin beds didn’t have Blankets so I had to go down to the front desk to get some. The one TV didn't work. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. One of the refrigerators also did not work. No extra pillows of blankets in the rooms. A good place to stay in a pinch.”

“STAY AWAY from this hotel,drove 4 and a half HR from Connecticut.Room doors won’t open with card,bathtub sliding glass door fell off on my wife because it was not properly secured and hurted her,bed bugs, there was blood on the sheets, once I notified the door falling off , the manager refused to re accommodate me and my family. And wouldn’t give us the money right away so we can book another hotel so I had to search for another hotel and pay cash out of my pocket. Save a headache and don’t stay...
