“Room was fine, tea and coffee wasn't very nice and no complementary biscuits. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. States Brompton however 8 miles away. Bed was really uncomfortable. Evening meal was nice, 10% surcharge on you bill! Wine expenses! Breakfast was so so. Waited a long time for someone to come to the checkin fest on arrival and departure. Probably would try an alternative hotel ”

“Gorgeous room and premises ... immaculately clean... hosts were just lovely... would highly recommend... all little things thought of and my dairy alkergy accommodated even had a small flask of oat milk for the room ... amazing breakfast not just taste but presentation also... it would be hard to beat... Fab location in proximity to the Shopping outley which us walkable and also The Blacksmiths at Gretna Green for weddings ... Thanks for a great stay xx”

“The breakfast was easily the best I’ve had in my entire trip to the UK. Everything was fresh and amazing. The proprietor was polite and very nice and extremely helpful. The room was clean and tastefully appointed and everything worked great. I would highly recommend this B&B. ”

“The room stood out with no problems just had to deal with dodging hitting head on the bannister above. Host was welcoming and all details was satisfactory.”

“We stopped for 1 night. The rooms were absolutely spotless, had everything you needed for a B&B. We were able to check in sooner than 3pm. the food was lovely. Great location, there was a hotel with a bar within about a 15 min walk. The couple who own it were really friendly. Weve already booked up to go back in june.”

“Limited free onsite parking so payed for parking nearby. When we approached reception to check in member of staff busy on computer, so we had to wait until she had finished rather than greeting us and checking us in then returning to computer! The hotel was okay but maintenance needs to be improved our remote power button did not work so the only way to turn tv on and off was to use the power socket located behind the wall mounted tv, The windows in the en-suite were grubby and in need of...
