“I reserved a Basic Room, 2 Queen Beds for 2 nights, 34 days in advance. I paid $10 per night for the extra Queen bed, as I am a FEMALE travelling with a MALE first cousin. When we checked in, there was NO ONE in the office and we were told that the door was open and our key was in the room. We went in and discovered only ONE bed. So we called the number on the office door, and were told that the room with one bed is all they had available. If we wanted to wait until someone could come from...

“This was such a neat hotel to stay at. Love how cozy and comfortable the rooms are. Shower has a rainfall shower head. Very nice touch. Fancy looking in lobby, loved it.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite dated but clean. Refrigerator worked but it had to be held closed. There was no breakfast but the coffee in the lobby was good. There was no coffee makers in the rooms. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. It wasn’t bad for a night or two. There were a couple restaurants right next to the motel but Iron ridge is a really small town so there isn’t much around there, including a breakfast restaurant. “The property was clean nice little town, the hotel was more a bed and breakfast. No amenities to offer , no staff on site past 7pm and no one arrives until 12pm. We were unaware and fortunate that we arrived early enough that someone was there to explain the system they use. Front door automatically locks and you need code. Same for room you need code. If no staff available you would have a hard time”

“Very nice, clean room-staff was most helpful in filling empty bathroom toiletries and providing extra linens. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and were all fresh and hot. Would stay there again if the opportunity should arise.”

“Stayed here for one night. Very friendly hosts. Quaint room and super clean bathroom. Restaurant attached to property was lively and had great food. Breakfast at Inn was English muffins, fresh fruit. Basic pastries, yogurt and granola. A hot breakfast entree would have been nice. Lots of cute shops and restaurants nearby”

“The room was clean and very comfortable. The lounge had several free treats for us. The in-house restaurant however was not open, and was supposed to be. We will probably have to check that out next. Everyone needs to know that there is currently no elevator, so you need to be capable of walking up stairs to you room. And we knew that.”

“No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine”

“Heck in had no front desk. It was very difficult for my elderly parents who are not tech savvy. They had a very hard time getting g in the room. When they finally got in, the room was great. It was clean and had comfortable beds.”

“Dilapidated, poorly maintained, dirty. It felt like a spotlight was directed in our room. The blinds were poorly sized and let light in. Broken Keurig. Mismatched towels. Woke up at 4am and couldn’t wait to leave.”

“The bedroom was clean, but our bathroom was gross! Hair all over in the shower and dirty! The toilet had been flushed and full of hair too. Was disappointing.”
