“Condo was well appointed and in a perfect location for us. Quiet neighborhood with local police presence made it feel extremely safe. Condo was just as pictured and private beach and pool were excellent amenities. Coin laundry was not hard to coordinate around.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. Michael, the host, was very accommodating. He truly made us feel welcomed and was attentive to every need. The condo unit was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings looking out over the private beach and pool. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Keys. ”

“This place was clean, quiet, safe, & family friendly. The locals were kind and welcoming. I would totally recommend this property to anybody wanting to visit the Keys! Also, it is centrally located so it is real easy to do a day trip/afternoon excursion in either direction.”

“Great location for boating and sightseeing. Right next to fuel dock and ramp and trailer storage(about a minute away and open 7-5 everyday)on the water... Key colony beach marina. “Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property had everything we could have asked for and more. The docks for fishing and the boat slip made it so convenient to get on the water. “This condo, located half-way through the Florida Keys, is a great, affordable spot to relax. Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view.
