“It was in a great location for the sea front and town. Breakfast was wonderful with bacon and sausages sourced from local shops. Evening bar prices were very good and had some stimulating chats and generally as hosts excellent.”

“The property was perfect for my sister and I. A lovely light,cosy room with everyting needed. There was even a little fridge in the room with fresh milk and bottled water, also a proper jar of coffee, sachets of yorkshire tea and selection of biscuits. We also had a lovely vase of pink carnations in the room. The garden was so pretty with a little pond and waterfall. I love nature so it was perfect. “We had an amazing 2 night stay and would highly recommend this property. We had property #3 which was on the 3rd floor access is only by stairs. This had two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room/ Kitchen area. We loved that they had the basic necessities for our stay this included kitchen supplies washing up liquid, surface cleaner, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee including pods for the coffee machine, satchets of milk in the fridge. “This is a little gem of a place to stay. Our room (family room) was spacious, clean, comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee and the water was very hot. The team in the pub were welcoming and helpful and never once did we feel like an 'outsider'. The food is excellent with generous portions and there are a good selection of beers and lagers. Would we stay at the Bosville Arms again; absolutely 'Yes'.”

“Very glad that there was a lift. My single room was small but had all I needed. The shower was a really good size which made it easy to get into. There is a lounge with a lovely view of the sea. You can walk down to North Bay beach. The breakfast was extra but very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem is that there are steps from the street to the front door.”

“The lodge and location was outstanding. Situated on Heron Lakes looking across one of the 6 lakes on site with stunning views. Great location to get to the coast and plenty to do on site with walked, bike trails and of course fishing! Great short break away and will be staying here again. Thanks for a great experience throughout Lisa!”
